Paul has vast experience in the out of home advertising sector and entered the market in 1998 with APN Outdoor on his return from the UK. During this time he realised the potential of this undeveloped market and in 2000 co founded iSite Media. Following rapid growth the business was sold to Gould Holdings in late 2005. Gould Holding purchased a further three smaller billboard companies and merged them under the iSite name and when the business was on sold to Wellington Airport (Infratil) in 2006 it was the largest billboard company in NZ. Paul stayed on until October 2007 as CEO.

Glenn’s background is in sales and business development for multinational organisations. Glenn’s immediate past experience was managing a team of people negotiating contracts for international data networking for NZ’s largest multinational companies and Govt agencies. The past 2 years have been spent understanding the media landscape, constructing the concession with Shell and building IP around how digital networks can be used to create value for landowners and advertisers. Glenn now has a complete understanding of where and why digital networks should be deployed.
