Digital Signage
FMCTV offer hardware, software, installation and ongoing management of all the items parts that make up digital signage networks and systems. Digital signage uses technologies such as LCD, LED and touch screens to display digital images, video, web pages, restaurant menus, or text.

Digital signage can be found in public spaces, transportation systems, museums, stadiums, retail stores, hotels, restaurants and corporate buildings to provide wayfinding, exhibitions, brand marketing and product content, menus and public information.

Digital signage is used as a network of electronic displays that are centrally managed and individually addressable for the display of text, animated or video messages for advertising, information, entertainment and merchandising to targeted audiences.

Digital signage can be just 1 screen or a network of hundreds of screens which are connected and managed via a CMS or updated via plain USB.

Usually a grunty CMS is used in a network of 10+ screens which allows the customer to centrally manage and control the screens and send content to them. The CMS also allows the customer to check the player/screen status and are able to retrieve play logs to get proof of play.

The legacy menu boards are fast being replaced with this technology as it allow easy management of the menu board, are cost effective and are easy to manage. One does not need to rely on staff to update the menu or stick/replace posters inside the store, it can all be changed with a click of a button.

Digital signage screens can be all sizes from 10 inch to large format LED that are many meters high and wide.
