It is easy to just put a screen up on a wall, but often screens and LED need to be planned as part of a design to fit their environment. Retail screens and LED are often incorporated in cabinetry, recessed, squared around a corner or wrapped around a pillar. FMCTV can work with your designers to show what technology can work and to make installation and cabling possible in your design.
We have years of experience in supplying and installing digital signage equipment. We can work with the designers and advice them on best possible location for the signage and how best to design their cabinets to make sure that the signage is effective + most importantly is serviceable.
Eg: You decide put two screens behind a frame on a pelmet but don't keep in mind that they might need servicing:
1) If the screens fail, you wont have any easy way to get to the screens.
2) It would be difficult to add or swap a media player behind the screen.
3) You need to make provisions for the IR remote to work.
Most of the people get caught when the equipment inside their badly designed cabinets fail or need servicing. So it is very important to make sure there is room for servicing the digital signage equipment when designing the cabinets or frames around them.
